A NEW Digital Banking Experience is Arriving November 2024!

We are making exciting changes to the online banking software. This upgrade is an important advancement as it promises a more streamlined digital banking experience, improved security, enhanced services, and greater convenience. Upgrading to a newer technology provides you with a stronger, more efficient, and more user-friendly system and it sets the stage for future functionality enhancements and integrations in years to come.

ALL BRANCHES WILL BE CLOSED NOVEMBER 1st

SHARED BRANCHING WILL BE UNAVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEEKEND, NOVEMBER 1st-3rd

WE WILL REOPEN ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4th WITH EXTENDED HOURS THROUGH NOVEMBER 8th

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO NOW:

• Review your account and ensure your contact details are up-to-date.
• Verify and/or update your physical address, phone number and email address so accessing your account on the new system will be an easy experience.
• Ensure you have your Member Number. You will need this to log in for the first time to enroll in online banking.
• Log into your current banking statement and download or print copies of any current statements. We recommend printing any quarter-end or year-end statements you might need.
• Log into bill pay and download or print copies of current payees and history. Your existing payees in bill pay will NOT be transferring after the update. Please log into your Faith Connection account to ensure your information is accurate and up to date. Take note of your existing payees, account numbers, addresses, scheduled auto payments, and payment amount.

WHY IS FAITH CONNECTION FCU MAKING THIS CHANGE?

This system upgrade is a crucial technological advancement for the credit union and its members. The move to a new digital banking platform promises a more streamlined online and mobile banking experience, improved security, enhanced services, and greater convenience.

WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO MY FUNDS?

Yes, Faith Connection Federal Credit Union debit and credit cards, as well as checks, will still be available for cash and purchases. Shared branching will be unavailable from 11/1/2024 to 11/3/2024. It will be available on 11/4/2024.

WHEN WILL THE NEW ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING SERVICE LAUNCH?

The new service is set to launch on November 4, 2024. Ongoing communications will be sent to help you prepare for the transition. Ensure you receive updates by keeping your email address current, following our social media channels (Facebook), and visiting our online Resource Center.

HOW DO I LOG INTO THE NEW SYSTEM?

After the upgrade, you will need to re-enroll as if it was your first time logging in and follow the on-screen prompts. Prior to creating a new user ID and password, you will be asked for:

• Your member number.
• Primary account holder’s social security number.
• Email Address
• Date of birth

HOW DO I FIND THE NEW MOBILE APP?

After November 4th, you will need to download the "Faith Connection FCU" app from the AppStore or GooglePlay after the upgrade.

WILL BILL PAY BE IMPACTED BY THIS CHANGE?

Yes, we’re switching from Checkfree to Allied Payment. Unfortunately, your current bill pay information won’t transfer over. We recommend you log in and save your payee and payment history now.

WHAT WILL I NEED TO LOG INTO ONLINE BANKING AFTER THE UPDATE

To enroll in online banking, you will need your member number along with personal information like your social security number, email address on file, and birthdate.

WILL I BE ABLE TO VIEW MY PAST STATEMENTS AFTER THE UPDATE?

Every member will receive a paper statement in the mail for October 2024. For any past statements needed, please log into the current system now and download or print your past statements. All new statements after our November conversion will be available in the new online system. We recommend printing your 2023 end of year statement now.
